The Watson Ray is growing into a garden venue, flower farm, orchard, and community gathering space near the Watson community. As we continue to develop, we are building a list of vendors who may be interested in participating in future markets, private events, weddings, seasonal gatherings, and community experiences.

Whether you are a local maker, small business owner, food truck vendor, wedding professional, photographer, caterer, event rental company, or creative service provider, we would love to learn more about what you offer.

Completing this vendor sign-up form does not guarantee participation in an event, but it allows us to keep your information on file and contact you when opportunities become available.

Farmers Market & Outdoor Event Vendors

The Watson Ray plans to host outdoor farmers market-style events, seasonal markets, pop-up shopping days, garden events, and community gatherings. We are looking for vendors who offer quality products, handmade goods, local items, family-friendly services, and unique shopping experiences.

Event & Wedding Vendors

As The Watson Ray grows into a wedding and event venue, we are also building a preferred vendor list for clients who may need trusted event professionals.

We are interested in connecting with vendors who provide services for weddings, showers, birthdays, family celebrations, vendor events, and private rentals.

Food Truck Vendors

Food truck vendors are especially important to us because we would love to offer guests convenient food choices during markets, community events, private rentals, and seasonal gatherings.

Shack 16 is a great local food option nearby, but at this time, there are not many food options immediately surrounding The Watson Ray. Because of that, we would love to build relationships with food trucks and mobile food vendors who can help serve guests during public events, private parties, and special gatherings.

We are interested in hearing from food trucks, mobile food vendors, coffee trailers, dessert trucks, and other mobile food businesses.

Food truck and mobile food vendors should be able to provide any required permits, licenses, insurance, and health department documentation as needed.

Our hope is to create a rotating list of food vendors who can serve guests during public events and potentially be recommended for private events when clients need food options.
